Randy Allen is a dedicated community leader. As a long-time resident of Rutherford County and married to his wife, Cynthia, for 34 years, he embodies commitment and stability. He earned his degree from Middle Tennessee State University, and his career has been rooted in active participation within the community.

 

In 2012, Randy received statewide recognition for his contributions to workforce development in Rutherford County, and in 2014, he was honored with the Impact Award from the Nashville Business Journal. His involvement in numerous committees and local boards reflects his deep commitment to serving the people of our community.

 

With a heart for individuals and a passion for Rutherford County, Randy is focused on bringing conservative values of service and leadership to the forefront, ensuring that our community thrives and remains a great place to live and work.

Randy Allen’s faith is a central aspect of his daily life. Raised in the Church of Christ, he and his wife cherish their relationship with Jesus. Randy believes that the Bible offers invaluable guidance in overcoming many societal challenges we face today. He emphasizes the importance of loving others, regardless of their background, and finding peace in the belief that salvation comes through the grace of God and is attainable only through His son, Jesus Christ.

By holding firmly to these values, Randy aims to foster a community rooted in love, compassion, and strong moral principles, guiding Rutherford County toward a brighter future.
